    Because.. it's been so long since someone posted a picture >.> this is more recent, of my not finished costume the day of the conventon I went to. It was like.. 1 or 2 in thr morning. So I didn't sew the buttons on, yet, which is why my hand is holding the outfit closed.

    The picture is also cropped down, because my living room is messy.

    Qi lolita costume, and yes, I finished it, but the collar had issues. I'll be posting an actual full length picture later.. probably, once I get control of the camera!

    Basically, a Qi lolita costume is the more Chiense style one, while Wa lolita is the japense version. So instead of a tiny kimono over a poofy skirt, I had a tiny qipao over a poofy skirt. Poofy skirts being part of the loli style

    This isn't me in the costume, this is me in a kimono. This aparticular kimono is everyday wear. They also give you good posture, in my opinion.

    No, that isn't why...that's something that came from the southeast region of the U.S., and a lot of that stuff doesn't make sense. And "boo" is supposed to be cute or something.
