    It's weird but once you grow your hair out it grows a lot slower. After letting my hair grow to almost my shoulders, after I cut my hair short again it's been growing slowly.

    thats just an illusion, because its already so long you don't really notice it growing anymore, but it definitly doesn't slow down

    No, I meant once I cut it short after having let it grow long, it's been growing back slower. I last got my hair cut a month ago after going 6 months without a cut. A month later and my hair is still short. In the past, when I'd get my hair cut once a month, by the 4th week it would be longer than it is now in it's 4th week.
