Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

That's awesome you got to train with Gracies. Was it a free seminar? Usually they are pretty expensive.

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

My dad's school has an association with them, we were doing a promotion for him. Cesar is pretty nice and Caio likes to joke around a lot. Kept making fun of me and my girlfriend.

Haha, yeah he's always like that. Someone got pissed that he posed like that but it was funny.

    Playing in Austin this weekend:

That's my "new" setup behind me (bought used). I'm used to having to mic my practice amp, so it felt pretty good to have something powerful behind me this time. Our sound guy couldn't get the levels right for the first song, and I could feel the low end moving the floor beneath my feet. Oh yes

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

I took this picture today. That's my new room in the background. I moved to Eugene, Oregon a few weekends ago. My beard needs a trim, but I need to buy a vacuum first.

I never realised that beanie picture that used to be your avatar was really you.

    I like your smile.

Thanks. I've had to work on it some. It used to be pretty asymmetric. It helps that I was using my computer's webcam, so I could see myself while I took it.

Haha poop, you look like you just popped into the picture from below. You look more or less like I imagined.

    Also apparently I needed glasses:

My camera lens is broken so everything is sort of squashed inward. I can't tell if I like these things or not.

Wear them when you go for a job interview.

I wanted to get frameless, or half-frame glasses, but my optometrist said my lenses were really thin because my eyesight didn't require that much correction, and using anything other than full-frame risked chipping it.

I'm getting a serious "Yahoo Serious" vibe from you in that picture. Would contacts work for you (ie, does your condition allow for the convenient use of contacts)?

Also the hair dryer in the sink makes me nervous. BZZZZZZZZZJRJRZZZZ!!!!

It's not worth it to get contacts. I can see very well without my glasses but get headaches/very tired if I don't wear them enough. They look fine though. That's a bad picture taken with a broken camera. I don't know why I posted it tbh, I guess I was just excited to show people .

And I don't use that sink ever.

Psyke, congratulations on the run. It always makes me laugh to see how young you look, because you couldn't be older than 13 years old in that picture.
