    1. BMI tells us nothing unless you are 20kg over or under the limit
    2. If the BMI would tell us something, then 20.52 is close to underweight (which is 20)

    it all depends on how much you trained your muscles... if you do sports now (or train your muscles in a fitness studio), you will most likely gain 5 kilos pretty fast without eating (much) more. if you already do a lot of sports, you might want to eat more :P

    because 60 kilos for a well trained body is not enough at all, except you are a marathoner
