Even though it feels like an episode was skipped, this was quite a funny one. Furthermore, it was nice to see the girls in more casual clothes. Too bad essential details only briefly mentioned in haphazard flashbacks flattened the plot dramatically. I wonder if it was like this also in the novel or if this was a brilliant decision by the director.
I love the comedy this shows offers. I wish this show could go on for 1000 episodes.
@Kraco - IIRC, the novels showed the Wiz meeting etc. normally, so the flashbacks are anime style choices.

The lich ability Kazuma gained is almost too unfairly perfect for their group. Theyīre totally set up for taking down even the worst enemies now:
- Megumin uses explosion spell of the highest level
- if that fails to finish it:
- Aqua is a useless goddess with enormous MP
- Kazuma uses his lich ability to transfer energy from her to Megumin
- Megumin can use her highest caliber explosive spell again
- meanwhile, Darkness protects the group as their shield
- rinse and repeat until everything in sight is vaporized

Will do most likely. I hope the comedy translates just as well into the books. Having their voices in my mind will probably help alot.
I actually think the books are funnier because the jokes keep coming as fast as you can read them, and you can easily ignore those that fall flat.
BTW, the translated novels got DMCAd, so you can only read the "fan fiction" for free.

Let's say I don't get it 100%, did they change names or something or what are they trying to do/why don't they just continue anyway if they do that.
edit: Well I'm glad someone is translating this, and I don't want to sound like a spoiled brat or disrespect the effort they put into it translating it, and I WILL read it anyway because it's not awful, but the translator could really use some help. Someone to proofread his work.
