I only ever recall Garfield using his transformations and never with stone manipulation. That did feel like it came out of nowhere, even if he did preface it by saying that demihumans have high affinity for magic.
Transformation girl profiling Al was pretty creepy. She brought up some interesting points about Al being a shadow manipulator, which entirely contrasts with his chill-bro demeanor.

Now these are the characters that I actually care about.
Theresea being 50yo when she died wasn't something that occured to me. Given she was always depicted as a young girl, I assumed she died in her 20s or something. She's way younger here than she was when she died, and that should have been apparent to Wilhelm. The dude was stuck. Reinhardt is right, and Heinkel's a dick.

2.) Could this anime FINALLY explain why Heinkel treats others like shit and others treat him like shit?! He's Reinhard's father, right? Why would he hold such a grudge against his son, when he KNOWS that Reinhard didn't choose to take the sword saint-spirit from his mother in a crucial situation? And why does Wilhelm not talk it out with both his son and grandson? This is such a dumb, forced situation.

Season 3 Episode 15:
Man, I dunno. This whole fight against Gluttony only kept going because Gluttony keeps playing around. He could have killed everyone present there a long time ago.
And all the Sin Archbishops having the same "attitude" is just boring. They're not even saying or doing anything creative, just acting like the most obnoxious brats that never got their ass beat by proper parenting.
This season really is proof for how NOT to do immortal villains in a fictional story. It's just lame at this point. And after so much build-up, whatever trick is behind their immortality will also fall flat. Instead of a proper fight where the stronger, more adaptive one wins, we have all these meaningless encounters.
I have to say, I strongly hope Season 4 is all about Rem and getting her back. Hell, it shouldn't take that long, just beat Gluttony next episode, causing all memories to return and Rem to wake up.
Oh, and wth was that with the business girl? Priscilla's knight was sure she cannot do magic like Felix told him she did. Why was that ignored? I can only assume Felix KNOWS what's going on and the Knight understood that. Otherwise it's just bs ignoring something like that. Or Felix knows that this is not the same Anastasia and wants to let the enemy, who transformed into her, believe he's not found out? Hm.

At first I thought it was an enemy issue too, but it seems it was just Anastasia hiding her cards from, well, her original enemies.
This whole battle after Reinhard killed Greed is pointless. Just run around until Reinhard murders them for you. They should've agreed on a method to signal each other on their statuses, like shoot some magic in the air to show if you have won or lost/about to die.

I think it's more that this is someone standing in for her while the real Anesthesia is doing something else. Possibly with the Witch corpse.
Hardly seems necessary. Even without signals, he's doing all the work.
But if they used signals, they'd know by now that Reinhard has won and is available to pawn their sin bishop. Right now, it seems up to luck instead of careful planning.

Ugh, there's THREE Gluttonys, and they didn't get ANY of them? I wonder if their victims are a shared pool, or of they each only have the ones they specifically ate. Do they just have to kill knife guy to get Rem back? Or do they have to kill all 3?

First of all, the fight against Gluttony was the most boring bs ever. He CLEARLY kept getting hit by attacks, but ... he's just invinceble or something. Except Beako thenk does this kamehameha with Felt, expecting this to kill Gluttony, because ... reasons. The whole fight was like someone punching against water; nothing would ever defeat water that way.
But worse, the ENTIRE season had no reason to exist. Fuck, we're going BACKWARDS, now Julius has been swallowed on top of Rem!
And did ANYONE want Gluttony to randomly split into 3 people? WHY? This was SO bad.
This whole season might as well be called filler, because whatever happens next has the same starting point as this season, minus Julius.

Subaru did gain dragon blood and greed's power (if he absorbed them like sloth), so there was progress or at least a change in his capabilities.
The rest of the season was just developing already existing characters, like Reinhard's family, dog boy, and the other faction members.
The fights were horrible, with only Subaru's fight making any sense, and the enemies just decided to bail for reasons despite having lost their strongest member, Greed. Lust may be immortal, but Reinhard can just dump her in space. He just dented the moon, after all.
All in all, I've found the story boring ever since he stopped dying.

He's going to have to beat them all eventually. Whether that's his goal or not. The series progressed, even if Subaru's goals didn't.
This event will also have greatly increased Emelia's prestige and standing in the competition.
Finally found time to watch this.
I thought it was overall a pretty good season, but it's a shame that Mr.Car doesn't seem to die that often anymore.
Yet I say that and I wonder how many more tries I could've watched him trying to get it right with Wrath when they first introduced her.
The show itself is still a bit creepy sometimes. Lust is some disgusting thing, her eyes only starting to regenerate as her "rat-parts" gorged through them was metal.
Another great moment (aside from Garfield's fight- those impact frames were awesome as heck) was when Reinhardt drew his sword. That thing had the impact it needed considering how hyped up the sword was.
One huge fuckup I noticed:
Greed asking "how did you get the authority of greed" in my Crunchyroll subs.
Lmao, I got really confused there, the subs were obviously supposed to say "sloth"... but I actually had to check again what happened in that episode before I realized it as a mistake.
That being the case... is there any group that translated it themselves? I can not seem to find any non-CR subs releases.
I wonder if Aldeberan is heavily connected to Mr.Car.
Considering he is calling Beatrice Beako too (or wants to) and keeps talking about how often he will die for XY etc.
At first, when Mr.Car started to absorb Crush's Dragon blood, I thought I could make the connection to Al's missing arm and hidden face, but the arm is the wrong one and Subaru doesn't seem to have any lasting corrupted veins on his face.

Either way, it's ominous that he seems to be quite knowledgeable about certain things.
Even the mini episodes ends with him hinting at the fact that he actually knows "all too well" only Subaru is allowed to call Beatrice, Beako
Not to mention his short scene with Anastasia, drawing his weapon against her claiming she is not supposed to be able to have any magic.
They didn't show Felis (wasen't he called Felix in earlier subs?) and made him say "EvEn ThOuGh ShE SaId ShE CoUldN't FiGhT" for nothing, which would be a normal reaction too.
